I’m just going to take a moment to be raw and real here, so please be kind! My confession is that I’m usually a mess. My life is like my toenail polish. It might look nice from a distance, but only because as I ran out the door I painted a quick coat on top to hide the chipping polish beneath. I don’t want everyone to see my messiness and peeling paint, and I’m guessing you don’t either! But let’s just agree that as women we all experience our fair share of struggles. Women of all ages face the constant challenge to balance hormones, metabolism, weight, and the stresses that make up “life”. 4) They don’t have unpleasant side effects! You don’t need to take an oil to deal with the side effect of another oil. Just sayin’, this is awesome and you will love the simplicity of essential oils and what they will (and won’t!) do to your body!
5) They save you money! These oils are so powerful that you literally just need one drop! They are also incredibly versatile and you will be saving tons of money by simplifying and reducing what’s in your bathroom cabinet, your kitchen cabinet… you get the idea!
6) They are EASY! As a busy homeschooling momma of 4 young kids, all of the reasons above are important to me, but this one is the winner! Oils are literally the EASIEST solution for myself and on my kids. Having prediluted and kid safe oils on hand also means that my kids can take care of themselves. And we all know how totally amazing and helpful that can be!

*The women’s hormone support blend is INCREDIBLE and so easy to use! After a month or two of using it, my husband (who is not the most observant lol) commented on how much more emotionally balanced and less hormonal I was. Now that’ saying something! 😉

I struggled with major skin blemishes as an adolescent and I’m quite familiar with how it can negatively impact emotions and confidence in teens and adults alike. Oils are a great blemish zapper, but also can be used to soothe skin irritations, reduce wrinkles, and help lift those saggy spots and help with other undesirable skin surprises!

|Skin Soother||lavender,frankincense||dilute 2-3 drops in carrier oil and apply to irritated areas that need some soothing relief.|
|Wrinkle Reducer||frankincense||add several drops to a favorite cream or lotion and apply to face and neck.|
|Blemish buster||melaleuca (tea tree)||apply to unsightly areas until they disappear.|
|Saggy spots||grapefruit||add 3-6 drops to coconut oil and massage into areas that need support. *Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after applying citrus oils.|
|Bumps||geranium, frankincense, lavender||dilute and apply topically to areas of need.|
|Yeast Yuck||melaleuca (tea tree)||dilute and apply topically to areas of need.|
