Roasted Garlic and Brie Bites
My sister-in-law Amanda is a cheese connoisseur and she shared this fun and easy appetizer with me a long time ago. It is essentially a three ingredient appetizer and although incredibly simple it is still sophisticated enough for any party! Don't let the garlic scare you off! When it is roasted garlic becomes soft and spreadable and very mellow in flavor. Combined with the crunchy baguette and the creaminess of the brie, it makes for a yummy appetizer!

Salsa with a twist
Roasted salsa, pico de' gallo, chipotle, mango, peach.... there are so many salsa recipes and depending on the ingredients used it can be smoky, spicy, or sweet. What kind of salsa I make depends on if I am going to serve it with some authentic tacos and spanish rice, or if I just want something as a fun appetizer to dip some tortilla chips into.
